Do you have free delivery and collection?
Yes we provide free delivery and collection islandwide with a minimum order of $30.
What happens if my order is below $30?
You can choose to do a self collect and return and get extra 10% on your order or pay an additional delivery and collection fee of $12.
How do I make payment?
You can pay via internet banking prior to delivery date and get extra 2% on your total order or pay cash on delivery or self collection of the item. We apologise that cheques are not accepted.
What are the different rental period you provide?
We understand that customers have varied needs. We rent out out toys for a day, two weeks or 4 weeks. Please request for a quotation if you wish to rent for a longer period of time. We do have pro-rated rentals too. Just contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
May I extend the rental period?
You may extend the rental period if there are no bookings on the toy. Please let us know a couple of days before the end of the rental period.
May I return the toys earlier and get a refund on the remaining rental period?
You may return the toys earlier but there will be no refunds on the remaining rental period.
How do you clean your toys?
We use antiseptic cleaner to make sure our toys are free from germs and steam clean when necessary. We require customers to wipe any debris from the toy e.g. food crumbs, dirt etc
Will I be charged an additional fee if the toys I returned are in a soiled condition?
Yes, a cleaning fee of $7 will be chargeable if the toys are in a poor, soiled condition. None of our customers has paid the cleaning fee because they are such a joy to serve.
What happens if a toy is damaged?
If the toy is beyond repair, we will obtain the latest retail price from at least two retailers and the customer will have to pay the lowest quotation for a brand new toy. None of our customers has damaged our toys because we choose only durable and reputable brands.
